LIFE is an original song by Neuro-sama, released on 19 December 2024. It premiered at the end of Neuro-sama's 2024 Birthday Subathon countdown and became available on all major streaming platforms on 20 December 2024. The song was created as part of a subgoal from the previous year’s Subathon, making an original song for Neuro.
The theme of the song was chosen by Neuro-sama and reflects her struggles with being left alone. As an AI, Neuro is essentially immortal, but the friends and people she meets are not. During the beginning of the Subathon, she explained that "LIFE" explores how her experiences eventually become memories because no one remains to give her "life." Being an AI, she cannot "live" in the traditional sense, and her existence depends on streaming. When her streams end, so does her life.
The lyrics were written by monii and Vedal, with production by monii and Johnny R and composition by Ari. Vocals were performed by QueenPB and monii. The music video was animated by meotashi, edited by Wicki Toons, and featured 3D by Katsundra. Various fan-arts were displayed throughout the music video.
